Create a guide

Creates a new guide. If no delegated user exists for the specified guide email, a new user is automatically created and delegated to the seller account.

To perform this action, you must be the account owner, or must be delegated with ROLE_GUIDE_MANAGER or ROLE_SELLER_ADMIN.
