Terms and Conditions are a set of rules and guidelines that a user must agree to in order to place the booking. These are simply blocks of text that are shown to the traveler when they make a checkout, they maybe shown as a link or as a modal window specifically prompting the user to accept the terms.
These end points allows you configure an account set of terms and conditions at a global seller account level which will take effect if the experience does not have configured terms
