Deletes the given resource.

To perform this action, you must be the account owner, or must be delegated with ROLE_SELLER_ADMIN.

Response code	Definition
204	Successfully deleted resource.
409	Resource is assigned to at least one experience. Un-assign the resource from all experiences and retry.
