Conversations are lists of messages exchanged between Sellers and Travelers that are related to a specific Order. For example, Xola commonly sends booking confirmation notifications via email or SMS, and Sellers may opt to send additional reminder and check-in notices before the start of an Event. Each of these will show up as a message inside of the Conversation history attached to the Order.
